HT Construction Services has been providing building services, in particular to the hospitality and aged care industries, for many years in South Australia.

These range from from day to day maintenance of properties, project and construction management of large and small projects ... and all aspects in relation to the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of hotels, motels, restaurants and the like.

We are able to plan and coordinate any works in advance to minimise disruption and inconvenience to operations and most importantly for staff and patrons.

With careful planning and coordination, clients don't suffer from drastically reduced turnover that lengthy delays can cause and in turn, a harmonious relationship is maintained from start to finish.

As most clients these days are extremely reluctant to close their facilities, or have them disrupted in any way, we have adopted very flexible attitudes in relation to seemingly impossible, however challenging projects, as there will never be two projects alike. Careful planning is the key.

We are happy to work with your consultants and/or architects at the conception stages of your projects. We also assist in preparing budgets and preliminary construction schedules.

Recently, some projects have included Construction Management Agreements, where we can offer our clients substantial cost saving benefits on projects because we act on the client's behalf.
